Disclouds ships adult vape hardware only to eligible customers age 21 and older, and only where shipment is legally permitted and carrier service is available.
All orders are subject to age verification, payment review, inventory availability, address review, carrier acceptance, and compliance review before fulfillment.
Processing Time
Most eligible orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after age verification and compliance review are completed.
Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, inventory checks, verification review, or carrier service interruptions.
Order confirmation does not guarantee that an order has been accepted for fulfillment.
Shipping Eligibility
Vape hardware and electronic nicotine delivery system products may be restricted by federal, state, local, carrier, or service-area rules.
Disclouds may not ship to:
- Customers under 21
- Locations where vape products are prohibited or restricted
- PO boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Freight forwarders
- Package forwarding services
- Hotels or temporary delivery locations
- Addresses that cannot complete adult signature delivery when required
- Any destination where carrier service is unavailable or not permitted
If we cannot legally or reliably ship to the address provided, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
PACT Act Notice
Federal law may impose registration, reporting, labeling, recordkeeping, tax, and delivery requirements on certain tobacco and electronic nicotine delivery system products.
Disclouds reviews orders for shipping eligibility before fulfillment. Orders may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded if required information is missing, if destination restrictions apply, or if fulfillment cannot be completed under applicable rules.
Adult Signature
Orders may require adult signature service. A person age 21 or older may need to be present at delivery and show valid government-issued photo identification.
Shipping fees are not a guarantee of successful delivery if the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or age verification cannot be completed.
Free Shipping
Orders of $50 or more may qualify for free standard shipping where shipment is legally permitted and carrier service is available. Free shipping eligibility may be limited by destination, product type, carrier availability, order review, promotions, or compliance requirements.
Free shipping does not override age verification, adult signature, carrier acceptance, or destination restrictions.
Tracking
When an eligible order ships, tracking information will be provided by email when available.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If a package is delayed, returned, or marked delivered but not received, contact support at orders@disclouds.com.
We may ask for order information, tracking information, delivery photos, or carrier documentation before reviewing a replacement, store credit, or refund request.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
